Grace for Greatness

Love mixed with faith be yours from God the Father and from Jesus Christ. Pure grace and nothing but grace be with all who love Jesus (Eph 6:23 Msg). Last week we talked about really loving Jesus. Grace is not a subject but rather it is a person and his name is Jesus. Does Jesus really have our best interest in mind? James 4:8 says to draw near to God and He will draw near to you! It is not that God leaves us because He is always with us! He longingly waits for us to come to Him so that He can reveal Himself and deliver us in our time of need. God can’t just come in and take over and fix things because He has given us a free will. It is up to us whether we are going to come and listen to Him or go our own way and try to fix things on our own. And generally speaking this is exactly what happens in our lives! We usually wear ourselves out trying to fix things ourselves, exhausting all-things medical and natural before we come to God for answers. Praise God that His love is unconditional! He is our Abba Father and the moment we draw near to Him He will draw near and reveal Himself as redeemer!. Yes HE has our best interest in mind all the time!
