Our families, churches, businesses and country need good leadership. They all need stability. Good leadership brings stability to our lives. Many of our greatest problems can be traced to a lack of competent leadership. This message will show us that God will choose us to lead even if we don't seemingly have all of the skills to lead. God is not looking for ability in leaders, as much as he is looking for availability.
