Motivation without organization leads to frustration. Nehemiah was an extremely successful organizer as he led and motivated the people to rebuild the walls around Jerusalem. He used 7 principles of organization to rebuild it in 52 days. There is a place on the "wall" for each of us in the church today. The Kingdom of God is the greatest cause in the world, nothing is more significant. And everyone has a gift to use in and for the Kingdom.
