How a Leader Motivates Others

We have learned that first a leader prays. Then he plans. The next thing you have to do is make a presentation to get people to cooperate with you. Leading is never a one-man show. Nehemiah goes to Jerusalem and finds the people defeated, apathetic and living among ruins. Twice before in the last ninety years someone has tried to rebuild the walls and failed. Nehemiah arrives, pulls the people together and within 52 days the walls are rebuilt. How did he pull this off? That's what we'll learn in this message.
