How a Leader Resolves Conflict

Conflict is an internal dynamic. It is a classic tool of the devil today. Internal problems destroy more churches than external, doctrinal ones. The devil would rather cause division in churches than anything else. If you're going to be a leader you're going to have to learn how to resolve/manage conflict. God wants us to resolve/manage conflict for His glory.
